Fees: Our fee agreements comply with applicable laws and Bar Council of India guidelines. Fees may be fixed, hourly, or contingent as per the nature of the matter; advance deposits and retainer arrangements may apply. c. Billing: Invoices will be issued in accordance with the engagement letter and Indian accounting practices. Payment terms will be specified in the engagement letter.
6. Content and Intellectual Property a. All content on the Site (text, images, logos, graphics, software, and underlying code) is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. b. You may view, download, and print content for personal and non-commercial use, provided you do not modify the content or remove any notices, trademarks, or disclaimers. c. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or use the content for commercial purposes without our express written permission.
7. User Obligations a. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when communicating with us and when submitting any forms on the Site. b. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to access restricted areas, distribute malware, engage in harassment, or infringe intellectual property rights. c.
